I am passionate about web, security and open source free software.
My computer skills were born both from self-taught and through the three-year training at ITS G. Peano in Turin where I experienced the first steps in the interactive web language.
I have a GitHub profile where I was recognized a badge of Arctic Code Vault Contributor thanks to some contributions made in reporting and sometimes solving basic issues with the free software code (open source).
I try to offer basic support, moderation, configuration on some communities, I try to offer my support in open source.
I was also part of Google’s (Top Contributor) volunteer program from December 2017 to October 2018 today renamed into Google product experts to which I was part from October 2018 to March 2021.
I took care to provide answers to users about Google communities by:
- Gmail (started in 2017)
- Chrome
- Google Play
- Google Photo
- Google Account
- Google Pixel
I've had personal experiences of configurations of:
- domains
- email addresses (Exim, Dovecot, MX record, DKIM, DMARC, SPF)
- DNS
- VPS
I have some knowledge of HTML and CSS, through search engines I help with simple JavaScript and PHP solutions.
I also had meetings with: Apache, Php, Exim, Mysql, MariaDB, Dovecot, Postfix, Phpmyadmin, Roundcube, Rainloop, Osticket, Uvdesk, Hesk, Plesk, Webuzo, Cpanel, Snappymail, and more! The list is always evolving and I definitely forgot something!
Basic knowledge of SSH on Centos and Ubuntu.
Fighting it spam and phishing,
I also like to personally test antiviruses and protection software in order to find the most reliable or the most suitable for different situations. I happened to find malfunctions and deficiencies in the protection for which it proved useful to make a selection.
Particular attention is also paid to possible issues related to the non-update or inadequate use of Android smartphones, while I have been away from Apple for some time.

Finally, periodic checks are carried out on the configurations and security of the web server and the software in use on this and on the other platforms of my domains and web spaces.
