For these holidays I would like to give or to give a great handful of lightness, good humanity and peace!

I would like to embrace those who need it but, also make discover a hug to those who do not realize that they have lost it.

The lightness that I hope is not to care about someone but to be lightened by the weight that is created on our shoulders. The lightness of being able to tear a smile even from someone who is experiencing a difficult time.

The lightness I wish is made by a magical moment that can come from a person or directly from us. What we need most is Love, Love for ourselves in the first place because without our well-being there is not that of others. If we are not well first how can we wish the best to those around us and how can we focus on the joy of wanting to give that well-being we feel?

We live in difficult modern times in which the air becomes heavy, heavy of war, hatred, heavy of technological solitudes that actually see us surrounded but very lonely, pollution and evil energies that they always and still believe to win.

We live in times when it is difficult for many to understand and know what makes us feel good because we have forgotten to feel weights on our shoulders.

As long as there is life there is Love.
As long as we are alive we always have a light inside that we can always enhance and light more because it is in the darkness that the light illuminates.
