Yesterday was a very hot, wet and summer Sunday whose room temperature reached 25°. The sky was blue and covered in clouds, in my opinion, and without too much doubt, clearly artificial.
In the afternoon I took a walk in the village with Dad: direction ice cream. There was a fine tail, I think many had the same idea!
When the heat is too hot here, now in recent years, I start to question what the temperature is in Ireland and sometimes I say to myself that I should move there, even if I have never been there yet!
Last night to fall asleep I had to refresh the room with the air conditioning that took long to be able to cool what had become an oven!
This morning the weather and weather have definitely changed!
The weather speaks of possible rains and, in some areas of hail. Snow for the mountain.
The sun today seems to have taken a holiday, the one I was thinking of yesterday since I would soon have the chance to leave, for about fifteen days, in Sardinia. Having my complex evaluations, the departure that seemed possible yesterday, today is no longer or at least, is more complicated. My retired parents will leave anyway: Like most people I know, they don't have my difficulties in travelling and moving!
For me instead, a few minutes of car, ship, plane or other means, can become almost endless. Unfortunately the ferry connections to Sardinia, if you are not in the summer months, are reduced. Although we are in April there are no ferries that travel Genoa – Olbia. It is necessary to do Genoa – Porto Torres and for the return Olbia – Livorno, where once landed, we would have waited four hours of travel formed by almost 400 km.
The alternative would be the plane but there is to be evaluated travel costs and limitations both in the transport of luggage and in the need then to move from the airport to the destination.
Today’s climate has reduced the desire to leave somewhat, certainly helped by my investigation of the route to be taken.
Curiosizing the weather for the next few days, the Internet world showed me some images devoted to rain. As soon as I saw you I immediately thought to dedicate this writing to you, the rain that cleans, washes and refreshes, even if the water that falls now does not seem to be so clean.
For now I enjoy the freshness of this new day and then we will see.
